When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, so this could change depending on location.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

At this time we do not ship internationally. If you would be interested in that, it would be on an individual basis.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at
your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at makebelievemarketgroup@gmail.com with your
order number. We'll do our best to get your delivery back on track!

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order,
but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at makebelievemarketgroup@gmail.com

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at makebelievemarketgroup@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Refund and Return Policy

At Make Believe Market, we want you to be thrilled with your fantasy art purchases. We understand that tastes can vary, so we offer a fair return and refund policy.

What can be returned?

● We cannot accept returns on custom-framed artwork or personalized items.
● Digital downloads are also non-refundable.

How to Return an Item:

● Contact us at makebelievemarketgroup@gmail.com and we will initiate a return. We will
respond back to you within 48 hours.
● We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to
securely package your artwork for return.
● Ship the artwork back to us using a trackable shipping method with insurance. You are
responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

● Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund for
the purchase price, minus any original shipping costs. It may take additional time for the
financial institution to process the refund.
● Refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of receiving your return.
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged Items:

● If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at
makebelievemarketgroup@gmail.com. We will respond back to you within 48 hours.
● Please include photos of the damage and your order number in your email.
● We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, minus your original shipping costs.
● Any items that are returned past the refund date (thirty (30) days) will be refunded at 75% of the item price.

Additional Information:

● We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item is not returned in accordance
with this policy.
● Please be sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.
● We recommend using high-quality packing materials to ensure your artwork is protected
during return shipment.

Common Scenarios and Answers

  • Question My package arrived and the product is not damaged, however, there is a printing defect. How do I get a refund or replacement?
  • Answer Please contact us at makebelievemarketgroup@gmail.com so we can arrange for a correction on your order. We can initiate a refund or a replacement based on your desire for either.

  • Question My package arrived but the product(s) were damaged in transit, what happens now?
  • Answer Please contact us at makebelievemarketgroup@gmail.com so we can arrange for a correction on your order.

  • Question My package has arrived but I have purchased the wrong size clothing article, can I return this for a different size?
  • Answer Unfortunately, utilizing a printing service as we do, means we print on order, and cannot offer size exchanges. We have no way of managing stock, as well as exchanges for similar products.

  • Question Your package wasn't deliverable due to incorrect or outdated address, what happens now?
  • Answer Your package will most likely be returned to our printing facility, in which, reshipping will incur another shipment cost.

  • Question I thought I wanted this item, but now realize, I'm not interested. Can I return it?
  • Answer Unfortunately, we do not refund orders due to buyers remorse.


● If a carrier can't deliver the package, they'll return it after multiple attempts.
● Transit damage.
● Label became unreadable during transit.
